I provide a non-judgmental space where people can focus on deriving understanding and meaning from their struggles. Only then can they implement sustainable solutions and learn skills that will equip them to be ready for life's next inevitable challenge. Using methods that challenge irrational thoughts and unhealthy narratives, I support people with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, or life transitions.
The focus of a couple's therapy is to help people identify and reach their shared goals rather than to emphasize each person’s individual happiness. Some clients come to couples therapy in order to preserve their relationship, while others come with the hopes of enhancing their commitment to one another as partners. I provide couples counseling for people at any stage of their relationship: dating, engaged, married, or separated. I can also provide support for people who are looking to separate amicably or manage a co-parenting relationship.
